Edward Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of EGK Enterprises in the greater Chicagoland area. Edward is a retired US Marine Sergeant Major with over 21 years of dedicated service. Edward’s military career included multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan as a member of Marine Special Operations Command and 1st Marine Division. He also spent several tours as a Marine Drill Instructor having had the privilege of transforming over 10,000 civilians into United States Marines. Edward has also served as a senior military advisor in the United Arab Emirates for the Presidential Guard Forces and locally as a Project Manager for the United States Marshals Service.

Edward’s passion for real estate started in the single-family sector where he would invest in single-family properties wherever the military would station him throughout the country. Since then, Edward has discovered the power of multi-family property investments and syndication and has made it his new mission to discover a point of entry into multi-family real estate. Edward specializes in asset management, strong team and relationship building, while supporting his business associate, also a US Marine, in asset acquisition. Edward brings his previous knowledge, experience, and dedication from decades in the military and foreign and domestic government sectors, to his current business practice.
